Cancellation is always a pitty, but sometimes circumstances make it happen. In that case, we apply the following agreements:
- There are no costs involved in cancellations within 24 hours of booking.
- In the event of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs amount to 30% of the travel sum for the guest.
- In the event of cancellation from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs amount to 60% of the travel sum for the guest.
- In the event of cancellation from the 28th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the travel sum for the guest.
- In the event of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the travel sum for the guest.
